Automatic Forming Machines

This machine is a fully automated having latest technology imported from Taiwan for strip forming components. It is suitable for strip size 0.6mm to 3.2mm and width 30mm.We manufacture many sheet components being supplied to most reputed O.E.M India. This machine do all the processes with one stroke like feeding of strip, cutting of strip, holes, embossing, molding, fitting etc. It increased our production and client base due to producing best components.

Automatic Strip Forming Machines

This is machine is also imported from Taiwan. This machine is suitable for strip 0.6mm to 2.5mm and width 30mm. The machine is suitable for sheet metal components. We manufacture on it MCB Components being supplied to reputed O.E.M.

Tapping Machines

It is imported from Taiwan machine i.e. fully auto feeding continuous tapping one user permit to operate several machines at same time. It produces accurate thread for finished pieces. It is equipped with PLC Control and we make thread on it for different components & sizes. It has provision of Blank auto-checking and auto stop if abnormal. It is equipped with automatic bowl feeders to feed the components continuously.

Power Press Machines

Our all power press machines are equipped with Pneumatic controls to increase the production. By this control, we feed the strips automatically our tools & dies.

Automatic Bowl Feeder Machines

We are pleased to inform you that we have also imported the above said Bowl Feeders Machines from Taiwan. These bowl feeders are equipped with our machines to feed the material automatically.

Heat Treatment Machines

Our Heat Treatment machine has capacity up 0 to 100 Hrc.
